The order is payable in full to Vins Etonnants as soon as the order form is issued on the site, according to one of the following payment methods:

A secure payment procedure by bank card on the Internet has been set up in collaboration with Mollie

During your payment, you register your credit card number and its expiry date. This information is immediately encrypted in your computer before being sent over the Internet. Thus, no confidential information circulates on the network without having been previously encrypted. By choosing to pay for your orders via Mollie, your credit card number and expiry date are always encrypted, and the information does not pass through the Vins Etonnants servers.

b) By credit card by mail:

After having validated your order, choose this type of payment then send us by mail your card number with its expiry date, recalling the reference of the order.

c) By money order :

After confirming your order, choose this type of payment then send us a money order by "La Poste" mentioning the order reference.

d) By bank cheque:

After confirming your order, choose this type of payment then send us a check payable to "VINS ETONNANTS", mentioning your reference, to the following address:

Refund

In the case of a delivery that does not comply with the order, you can ask for a refund of your order. You will then be re-credited with the amount of the order. Reimbursements are made by check in euros exclusively.
