The black madness of Rock is one of the wines that I taste each year, because it is a historic best-seller of the site which has the merit of having increased very little: she had to take € 2 in 10 years, while other wines have seen their price multiply by 2 or 3 (the worst is that I am not exaggerating).
While I liked 2019, I had not been more thrilled by this by the 2020 vintage. But the 2021 that we have received for a few days, it is really a nugget, especially to (a little bit) less than 10 €. It will be difficult to do better!
The dress is a translucent dark purple.
The nose is fine, on the violet, the blackberry coulis, the pepper and the soft spice.
The mouth is round, ample, velvety, with a flexible, finely fleshy material, with the expressive fruit completed by the violet.
The finish is finely jaw, tasty, with an even fresher and gourmet fruit, and the elegance of the violet that persists. Really one of the best crazy people I could drink!
