Elevage en barriques ouillées.
Dégustation : La robe est or clair, brillante. Le nez est typé plutôt nature, avec une acidité volatile marquée, avec en arrière-plan de la pâte d'amande et de l'écorce d'orange séchée. La bouche est vive, tendue par une acidité intense qui trace au-delà même de la finale tout en offrant une matière ronde, mûre, presque moelleuse. La finale est aussi vive et tendue que la bouche, avec une matière plus sèche, concentrée, sur des notes d'orange amère et d'amande légèrement toastée.
