History to extend this habit taken for some time, here are new 4 wines that have been much more in recent days. Two signed Borie de Maurel Arrived last week, and two others who have nothing to do with, including a rosé undefy which should seduce those who usually hate rosés. As for the fourth, it is a 100 % grenache of extremely rare freshness for this grape variety.
The dress is vermilion, with orange reflections.
The nose is crazy for a rosé, on floral notes, fruity, spicy, leading to great complexity.
The mouth is round, ample, coated, deploying a soft, velvety, sensual material, with intense, exuberant aromatic, offset by great freshness and a slight bead.
The final takes up everything we have drank from the start, but with even more pep and expressiveness mixing the muscular notes with a floral pot and the best Italian vermouth. Liquid happiness!

The nose is already complex for such a young wine, on candied raspberry, white pepper, incense, bay leaf, floral pot ...
The mouth is slender, stretched by an invisible thread, while deploying a soft, airy material, endowed with great aromatic intensity which makes it severe, balsamic.
This is confirmed in an even more intense final - without the slightest hardness - very vinous /severy, on candied black fruits, the liquorice and The Aceto Balsamico Tradizional.

The nose is complex, deep, on the liquor of red and black fruits, incense, the violet ...
The mouth is slender, unrolling a caressing, sensual material, of great taste intensity on candied black fruits and resino-ballsamic notes.
The final pursues the dynamics with an additional freshness and an intensification of the aromatics. It sends heavy while remaining very finesse, on the candied raspberry, benzoin, faded flowers, liquorice ...
