Any ordering for a product appearing in the catalog of the electronic boutique of "Amazing Wines" supposes the prior consultation of these General Conditions of Sale. You can only order if you accept all of the provisions provided below. Any order will be exclusively governed by these general conditions of sale, excluding any other purchase condition. The validation click you are running, after having completed your order form, constitutes the confirmation of your order and will be worth irrevocable acceptance of these General Conditions. It will manifest your final consent to contract with "Amazing Wines" for the products that you have selected subject to your withdrawal faculty as referred to in article 10 of these General Conditions of Sale.

They are automatically made available to the Buyer on the home page of the "Etoning Wines" website. It is enough for the buyer to click on "general conditions of sale" (hereinafter referred to as C.G.D.V.) to find out the conditions of his order even before he started the order process. Consequently, placing an order implies the buyer's membership to these C.G.D.V. The fact that the seller does not prevail at a given time in one of the provisions of these presents cannot be interpreted as a waiver of re -engage in one of the said conditions.

All products are available individually and you can mix your order.
All prices will be indicated in euros, T.T.C. and excluding shipping costs. Article 7: Shipping costs
The order can be withdrawn from the Limoges warehouse for free.
We ship to continental France (except Corse therefore) (Monaco included) via UPS, Chronopost Pickup, Chronopost and Colissimo
or by carrier only if the order exceeds 24 bottles.
On Corsica and other French islands (Noirmoutier, d'Yeu, Ouessant, Belle-Île at sea, ...) in Colissimo only
Delivery of your order in relay point
With the UPS network For a package of 7.50 € only for orders less than or equal to 36 bottles (or 30 bottles of bubble wine) for continental France only (except Corse and Dom-Tom).
With the Chronopost Pickup network For a package of € 10.90 for orders less than or equal to 12 bottles (or 10 bottles of bubble wine) for continental France only (except Corse and Dom-Tom).

In any event, delivery must take place within the maximum period of thirty (30) days from the transmission of the order. If the delivery could not be ensured within this period, the customer would be informed as soon as possible. He can then request the exchange of the product or his refund. Article 8: Payment
The order is payable in full to "Estanant Wines" as soon as the order form is issued on the site, according to one of the following methods:

Refund
In the case of a delivery not in accordance with the order due to an error on our part on the vintage, name of the cuvée, wine presented wrongly under a organic and/or biodynamic label or mention "without added sulfites", you can Request the refund of your order. You will then be re-credited with the amount of the order. Refunds are made by check in euros exclusively. We will also reimburse you the return shipping costs on proof.
Article 9: Transport and responsibilities
The goods travel at your expense, risks and perils. Upon receipt of the packages, you must ensure the good condition of the goods.
What to do in case of damaged package?
If you see a deterioration of the package during delivery, Open the package with the postman or the delivery man and emit reserves directly next to your signature confirming the reception. Article 10: Return of products
In accordance with article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. This period runs from receipt of the package by the customer. When this 14 -day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, a public holiday, it is extended until the first next working day. The products must be in good condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. "Amazing wines" will only cover the return costs in the event of an error in our services. In this case, please contact customer service and we will indicate the procedure to follow
Article 11: Reserve of ownership
Until the actual and full price of the price, "stale wines" remains the owner of the goods sold. The complete regulation will be worth transfer of ownership, however the buyer becomes responsible for the items upon delivery, the transfer of possession worth transfer of risks.
