Located on the edge of the Orleans forest, Julien produces typical ciders and pearies of a forgotten local terroir, as well as its mellicidre and cydromel (wedding of cider and honey) also produced on the estate.
Caves and young cidricoles orchards are anchored in the town of Loury. He works according to the precepts of agroecology and has been engaged since his beginnings in 2013 in organic farming since his debut. His laber aims to put a forgotten and unknown cidricole terroir on foot, but he is also keen to produce peasants and ciders like others before him produced good wines.
