I have already told you about the three reds signed the wind of the days, namely One day or another, Zef And Calades. The Cadurcian domain also produces an atypical rosé called to say The hug. (this is the bird that can be seen on the label). It comes from the black Jurançon grape that some of you have already been able to appreciate in vintages of Fabien Jouves, of Castle and of Cazebonne. It comes from the crossing of Malbec and some Crazy (The grape variety of the big plant which gives excellent life of life in Charente). If the color of this cuvée could make one think of certain Tavel, we are stylistically very far. I do not know if it is the white crazy effect, but there is a beautiful acid frame that could rather remind a white wine. As for Malbec, it brings aromatic intensity and spices. The meeting of the two gives leads to a wine that looks like no other. Guaranteed surprise!
The clear dress is between the vermilion and the tile/orange.
The nose is fine, on the tangy cherry, the bitter orange, with a smoked / grilled touch (reduction). A good ventilation will be profitable for him.
The mouth is round, very ample, aerial, offering a silky, elegant material, stretched by a fine almost crystalline acidity, offering an almost Chambollian balance, except that we are on an aromatic a little more barred: bitter orange / Blood, merise, sechuan / cubèbe pepper, and always this smoked / grilled touch.
The finish prolongs the mouth without the slightest break, with an additional freshness thanks to the return of the tangy cherry, before the orange and the toasted/smoked. Vin crazy ...
