The dress is yellow straw, shiny.
The fine and expressive nose "Sauvignonne" a little more than usual: Pomelo, Subtly Vegetable Cassis, but also a slight pineapple and even a thin hint of rose.
The mouth is round, very large, enveloping, deploying a fleshy - soft -touch -. refreshed and thundered by a line of carbon dioxide. Aromatics mixes white fruits with citrus bark.
The finish is straight, tense, with a more concentrated material and a "cheninesque" bitterness on the Bigarade and Quinquina.
The dress is golden, shiny.
The nose is discreet but ripe, on roasted white fruits and grilled /smoke notes.
The mouth is slender, stretched by an invisible thread, offering a tapered material that is both dense and aerial, marked by the souls of citrus and roasted wood.
The finish extends the dynamics of the mouth while gaining concentration, with even more intense bitters on the burnt grapefruit.
100 % Chenin on schists and phtanites
The dress is intense, shiny gold.
The nose is fine, deep, complex, on the Catalan cream and roasted pineapple.
The mouth bursts out of freshness from the attack before unrolling a material as full as crystalline, very rock water, with bitters on the well integrated Pomelo.
The latter intensify in an even purer and fresh, classy finish with impressive balance.

100 % Cabernet-Franc on quartz clays and schists
The dress is a translucent dark purple.
The nose is very Cab ' on the pepper red Grilled, fresh blackcurrant and blood / ferrous notes.
The mouth is round, ample, aerial, deploying a material of great finesse with communicative freshness, and flowing in the palace with a rare evidence: the balance is out of the way.
The finish is still gaining freshness and purity of fruit, on an elegant blackcurrant and a return of ferrous notes /blood, supplemented by black pepper.
