Les premiers 2023 sont arrivés !

The first 2023 arrived!

lundi 30 décembre 2024

Some 2023 are not subject to the rule of 3rd Thursday in November. They are therefore already available. In view of the summer that we had, we could have feared mature and high degrees. Well, not at all. These 4 cuvées are between 10.5 and 13 % alcohol, with a frankly gourmet fruit. Which does not mean that all 2023 will be like that, huh!

100 % Grolleau Gris in direct pressing - 12 % ALC.

The dress is gray gold, with silver reflections.

The nose is expressive, on the hot buttered apple, white flowers and a touch of raspberry.

The mouth is round, fond of, spherical, with a material as aerial as they are luscious, bright with freshness thanks to a very fine peancing, making you wriggle the taste buds of happiness.

The finish is gaining pep and concentration without losing gluttony; On white fruits and fresh hazelnut, and a little lemony touch to refresh it all.  We are not on a complicated wine, but it's Boooon!

Black Grolleau in carbonic maceration - 10.5 % ALC.Vol.

The dress is translucent ruby.

The nose is fine, delicate, mixing floral notes with fresh cherry and a pinch of spices.

The mouth is round, fresh, crunchy, with a pure fruit of a delightful intensity.

The finish has just what you need to bite to make wine even more addictive, with a fruit and a freshness that still rises from a notch, on the cherry, the peony and the pepper. From treats to purest!

Cinsault and Syrah, - 13.% alc.vol.

The dress is very translucent garnet / purple.

The nose is greedy on Kréma® candy in blackcurrant, with a touch of spices.

The mouth is round, flexible, fruity, with a peler GOOD pronounced which brings freshness and tone.

The finish is more concentrated, with as many beads and a very nice tangy side.

Gas allergic will have to have carafe and shake vigorously. Or drink something else

Syrah and Braucol - 12 % ALC.Vol.

The clear dress is between the vermilion and the garnet.

The expressive nose immediately evokes carbonic maceration, with the English candy, banana and fermentary notes.

The mouth is round, flexible, fruits, with silky, slippery tannins, and a beautiful freshness.

The finish has a fine tasty lamb's lettuce, even more fruity and fresh than the mouth, on black berries and candy.

Note a little "mouse" in retro-olfaction, which can be interesting to know what it looks like ... if you are sensitive (it depends on your saliva).
