Estate located in the Côte des Blancs in Avize. The 10 hectare vineyard extends mainly to Grand Crus planted with Chardonnay grape variety. The winemaker approach is natural. The vineyard floors have always been maintained by plowing and arranged, each year in the vineyard, a compost of local ingredients. The biological life of the soil generates health and productivity of the vineyard. Champagne wines are neither glued nor filtered. Bottlement takes place in the estate and the stirring is manual.
