Trained in Burgundy, we settle in the terraces of Larzac to make our first vintage in 2014
Impressed since the early 2000s by the quality of wines from this production area, the choice of Larzac terraces was obvious from the start of the installation project. This region indeed offers a wide variety of terroirs with very high qualitative potential, landscapes of striking beauty and allows the production of large expression wines, capable of bringing together freshness and gluttony, corresponding perfectly to what we are looking for.
