Ce vin est l'union des deux sœurs qui dirigent la cave, comme deux raisins qui forment un assemblage, avec un objectif commun : élaborer un vin blanc gastronomique et long en bouche issu du cépage Viognier.

Vinification et élevage Les raisins fermentent avec les levures de notre vignoble dans des
cuves en inox, après pressurage. Ensuite il vieillit 6 mois avec les lies dans cette cuve.

Dégustation La robe est or pâle, brillante. Le nez est fin, sur des notes florales, l'abricot et les épices. La bouche est ronde, croquante de fraîcheur, avec une matière friande, au fruit mûr et expressif, étirée par une fine acidité. Et en arrière-plan, une sensation de minéralité qui apporte de la profondeur. La finale vous en met plein les papilles par son "explosivité", avec une fraîcheur frétillante, une aromatique florale / fruitée qui prend toute son ampleur, et l'amertume du noyau d'abricot pour équilibrer tout ça. A la fois classe et sexy.

What is an author wine?

An author wine is anything but a standard, stereotypical wine, made to please as many people as possible. It is therefore rarely produced in millions of copies, copying itself from vintage in vintage.

An author wine is therefore a wine that does not look like that of the neighbor. Which from year to year will evolve according to the vagaries of the weather and the mood of the author - the two that can be linked. Because the author does not rely on market studies to carry out his boat. He makes his wine as he feels, as he likes, as he can, sometimes ... and too bad if he does not please everyone.
