Granite eclat: bomb!

I read a very positive report a few days ago on this Granite 2022 Eclat de Sérol. As we received recently, I told myself that it would be a good idea to open the bottle that I have just photographed for the site. In fact, it was not a good idea ... But an excellent. It is certainly the best vintage of this cuvée, opinion that seems to share the winemaker. It offers a complexity and intensity that we do not meet so in the "small" cuvées of producers. While displaying only 12.5 % alcohol.
So, of course, it increased by 10 % compared to the previous vintage, but it turns out to be a better deal for the informed taster. The 2021 was nice. There, it's bomb!
The dress is a translucent dark purple.
The tonic, expressive and complex nose, mixing the floral (violet, peony), fruity (raspberry, blackberry, quetsche) and spicy notes with a touch of incense.
The mouth is round, ample, enveloping, deploying a velvety, sensual material, as complex as the nose, with an interlacing of textures and flavors, managing to marry perfect maturity, freshness and digestibility.
The final continues this waking dream, with a more expressive pep supplement, concluding on a tasty / spicy lamb's lettuce of the most irresistible. Falling for something !
